Thomas Maul practices in an array of areas of law allowing him to address the needs and requests of each client. Tom has significant experience in litigation, estate planning and transactional legal work. Tom is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the past President of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Tom is a past member of the Nebraska State Bar Association Executive Council and a Nebraska State Bar Foundation Fellow. He continues to serve on numerous committees, including the Rural Practice and Legislation Committees . Tom’s civic involvement includes the Columbus Community Foundation, Inc., Columbus Area United Way, Pawnee Park Foundation Board of Directors, Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, St. Isidore Endowment Board and Parish Council, and Columbus High and Scotus Central Catholic Mock Trial Coach.
Tom is a native of Riverdale, Nebraska. He graduated from Amherst High School in Amherst, Nebraska. Tom spent two years in the US Army, and then went on to attend the University of Nebraska at Lincoln where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He then attended the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he earned his Juris Doctor.
